Picnic Pours is a mobile bar service from the team behind Picnic in Linden Hills. We bring a professional bar setup, experienced bartenders, and great drinks directly to your event so you can relax and enjoy the party.
What types of events do you cater?
We serve weddings, private parties, corporate events, backyard gatherings, and community celebrations. If people are getting together and want great drinks, we can be there.
Do you provide the alcohol?
Yes! We provide everything—alcohol, mixers, garnishes, ice, and cups—under our catering liquor license, so you don’t need to worry about sourcing anything.
What does your service include?
Our packages typically include bartenders, bar equipment, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, and a curated cocktail menu. We handle the setup, service, and breakdown.
Can you create a custom cocktail menu?
Yes. We love working with guests to design a cocktail menu that fits the event, the season, or a personal theme.
How much space do you need?
Our Vespa Bar needs a flat surface, driveway or street access for the loading trailer, and at least 60 inches of space for the bar to fit in its designated spot.
How many bartenders do we get?
We typically send two bartenders for any event with the Vespa Bar, though the final number depends on your party type and guest count. Your quoted price always includes the staff required to provide smooth, professional service.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Absolutely. We can build a menu of zero-proof cocktails, spritzes, and other non-alcoholic drinks so everyone has something great to enjoy.
Do you do food catering?

How far do you travel?
We primarily serve Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the surrounding Twin Cities area. Travel outside that range may be available.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular dates fill up quickly, especially during wedding season. We do our best to accommodate short-notice inquiries, which are often possible.
